Propulsar el panorama gastron\u00f3mico del barrio valenciano de Campanar y seguir haciendo felices a los fieles comensales de este establecimiento gastron\u00f3mico llamado <a href=\"https:\/\/restaurantepirineos.metro.rest\/?lang=es\">Pirineos by Aroa<\/a>, peque\u00f1o pero acogedor, de decoraci\u00f3n r\u00fastica y en el que te sientes como en casa. Adem\u00e1s, a Juan Ram\u00f3n le gusta terminar en la mesa los platos que salen de la cocina, delante del comensal. Al gerente y jefe de sala de Pirineos by Aroa encanta el trato cercano con el cliente, lo que le aporta calidez y cercan\u00eda a la experiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El plato del maridaje: Tataki de vaca ahumado con compota de manzana verde<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta ocasi\u00f3n, para nuestro Maridaje con Valtravieso, nos propone un plato muy sugerente: un Tataki de vaca ahumado en brasa de coco con una compota de manzana verde. \u201cTambi\u00e9n se puede acompa\u00f1ar de trufa valenciana de Andilla cuando es temporada\u201d, nos explica. En Pirineos by Aroa trabajan el producto para darle un toque distinto, aunque tambi\u00e9n encontrar\u00e1s recetas tradicionales: aqu\u00ed puedes comer desde unas gambas al ajillo con kimchi hasta una lubina salvaje a la sal. Su propuesta gastron\u00f3mica se basa en ofrecer la mejor calidad del producto, ya sea carne, pescado o verduras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Finca La Atalaya de Valtravieso: caracter\u00edsticas de un reserva elegante y estructurado<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la copa, <a href=\"https:\/\/valtravieso.com\/es\/vinos\/finca-la-atalaya\/?srsltid=AfmBOoogl-PEbUiY7rsIbU2QuJ_9Xn-lIp34jHJmBu72fvWKPxd_Lxsn\">Finca La Atalaya<\/a>: un reserva de esp\u00edritu cl\u00e1sico, complejo, profundo y elegante. Este vino est\u00e1 elaborado con la variedad <a href=\"https:\/\/valtravieso.com\/es\/blog\/tinto-fino-la-uva-de-la-ribera-del-duero\/?srsltid=AfmBOorXsqlKz07UywOtJzFwiJVzNUIRdchODpg2MgSIKvgtYI62b2L2\">Tinto Fino<\/a> principalmente, pero tambi\u00e9n lleva algo de Cabernet Sauvignon y Merlot seg\u00fan la a\u00f1ada. Destaca su color rojo cereza de capa alta; en nariz, las notas de frutos negros muy maduros como ciruela y mora negra en compota con toques de grosella verde, as\u00ed como notas de tabaco y cedro.
