Frequently Asked Questions
¿Puedo darme de alta en el Club Catalia cuando quiera?
Yes, you can register at any time. From the moment you sign up and your payment is validated (normally this process is almost immediate), you will enjoy 6 months of subscription to our club. Depending on the level you have chosen, you will have different advantages, but the duration will always be 6 months. Your subscription will automatically renew after 6 months unless you cancel it or tell us otherwise at the time of registration.
Si me doy de alta hoy, ¿cuántos envÃos recibiré?
Regardless of when you sign up, you will receive a shipment within the next 15 working days. If you have signed up for the Explore Plan, you will receive 3 bottles (two from Valtravieso and one from a guest winery), while if you have signed up for the Discover Plan, you will receive 6 bottles (four from Valtravieso and two from a guest winery). The content of the shipment will change every six months so that you can enjoy different proposals, both from Valtravieso and the guest wineries. The first selection was made in November and the second in May.
¿Puedo darme de baja en el Club Catalia en cualquier momento?
Yes, you can unsubscribe at any time. Just deactivate the automatic membership renewal in your member area. Please note that we do not offer refunds. From the moment you unsubscribe you will not be charged any more, but your membership will remain valid until 6 months have passed since you signed up. Even if you unsubscribe at some point, you can re-activate your membership at any time.
¿Cuándo se realizan los envÃos?
Once you sign up, your shipment will arrive within 15 working days. Thereafter, for as long as you are a subscriber, you will receive a shipment every six months, including 3 bottles on the Explore Plan and 6 bottles on the Discover Plan.
¿Puedo formar parte de Catalia sin suscribirme?
Yes. We offer all our customers the opportunity to join Catalia as long as they have purchased €110 worth of products from our online shop within a calendar year starting on 1 January. This membership includes a 10% discount in the online shop and access to the newsletter, but not wine shipments.
