Valtravieso Crianza is a reflection of the work of a winery, located at more than 900 meters above sea level, where our hallmark is moorland wines. A full-bodied red wine, serious, with notes of ripe fruit and spices, and a marked acidity that gives a fresh and unctuous mouthfeel, coupled with a long finish on an aromatic tannin.

Valdelobas de valtravieso

Valdelobas de Valtravieso comes from the “Valdelobas” plot, the most limestone area of our “La Revilla” estate, whose vineyards are approximately 20 years old and have low yields. Un vino expresivo, con carácter, finura y elegancia. A limited production wine with great ageing potential.

Gran Valtravieso

Unique

Gran Valtravieso is the icon and ambassador of the winery. A serious direct wine, with great finesse and elegance, with structure and mineral character highlighting the pure expression of the variety and in which the wood from the ageing process does not predominate, but rather accompanies, balances and rounds the wine. A limited production wine with great ageing potential.

Special limited edition

It celebrates the winery’s 30th anniversary with a very limited production, made from Tinta Fina and three excellent vintages (2018, 2019 and 2020). With great complexity, freshness and elegance, it stands out for its ageing potential and is ideal for pairing with stews, grilled meats and chocolate desserts.

The Valtravieso Manifesto 04

TEXTURE, CREAMINESS AND INTERPRETATION

Manifiesto 04 is a different interpretation of aging, a longer barrel aging with a higher proportion of lees, which achieves a more reductive and mineral profile. It stands out for its texture and creaminess and, at the same time, it preserves the characteristic freshness of the moor.

 

The Valtravieso Manifesto 05

FINENESS, CONCENTRATION AND CLAY

Manifiesto 05 is the expression of the clay zones of the Piñel de Arriba moor. A warm and dry vintage that has resulted in very lush and concentrated wines, but with an unexpected finesse thanks to the shallow clay soil.

 

The Valtravieso Manifesto 06

COMPLEXITY, ELEGANCE AND LIMESTONE

Manifiesto 06 is the expression of the coolest part of the Piñel de Arriba moor, in the La Revilla estate, where the deep limestone soils mark the character of the Albillo Mayor variety. A very dry and hot vintage that resulted in exuberant and concentrated, but surprisingly balanced and elegant wines.

 

Valtravieso Nogara

AROMATIC, SILKY AND AUTHENTIC

Valtravieso Nogara es lis the faithful expression of the Verdejo variety, fresh and fruity with light vegetal notes. Careful fermentation on its lees for at least 6 months gives the wine volume and balance without losing its natural freshness.

Nogara Viñas viejas

Expressive, complex and original

Nogara Viñas Viejas is the faithful expression of the origin of Verdejo, made from centenary pre-phylloxera vines in the sandy soils of Segovia. Careful barrel fermentation on its lees for 12 months gives the wine extraordinary volume and balance, preserving its natural freshness.

Nogara 8 meses sobre lías 2024

aromatic, silky and authentic

Nogara 8 Meses Sobre Lías 2024 is a high-altitude Verdejo made from centenary vineyards in Puras, whose poor, sandy soil provides freshness and character. Its aging on lees for 8 months gives it volume, balance and a silky texture, while maintaining its aromatic profile of white fruit and subtle vegetal notes.

Muniadona

COMPLEX, COMPLETE AND COMPLICATED

Muniadona blanco fermentado en barrica is a wine made from more than 9 white varieties, with a base of Albillo Mayor, mixed together with red grape vineyards. A great white wine with a very sapid and acid mouthfeel and a very long persistence.

Cerro Cerezo

MINERAL, DEEP AND COMPLEX

It is a wine that transmits the typicality of the most singular and unique places of each vintage, such as “El Quemao” and “Los Lirios”, on the left bank of the Arlanza river, in the area of Covarrubias. A precise and fine wine, with just the right amplitude, and a long finish with a vibrant, floral and mineral tannin.

Las Mamblas

ATLANTIC, ELEGANT AND HONEST

Las Mamblas tinto de villa is a faithful reflection of the Arlanza character. Fresh and direct, the best expression of the ancestral tempranillo in its northern limit of cultivation together with other varieties such as garnacha, bobal or mencia. A precise and honest wine, a realistic photograph of the terroir of Covarrubias.

Mil cantos

POWERFUL, BALANCED AND TIMELESS

Mil Cantos. This wine is made from very old plots of Bobal grapes with a limited production together with a percentage of very old Airén grapes. A very concentrated grape that gives rise to a concentrated but balanced wine, a true reflection of the grape far from fashion. A wine of concentration, not extraction.

Pie Firme

ALTITUDE, LIMESTONE AND CHARACTER

Pie Firme is a wine that emerged from limestone plots at altitude that mark the character and typicity of the wine. Monastrell standing on limestone soil that transmits a nobility to the variety and a superlative ability to produce fine wine.
