El Manifiesto de Valtravieso 02. An explosion of red fruits, a vibrant wine of varietal character made with minimal intervention and from indigenous varieties from small plots recovered in the Ribera del Duero and harvested by hand.

Valtravieso Manifesto 03 reflects the beauty that emerges from adversity, the spirit of this subtle wine. The opportunity for a plot that suffered the hail at the beginning of the cycle and – albeit late – resurfaced. We patiently await the harvest. A wine with remarkable freshness that we elaborate with care and let it rest for a long time in barrels.

The Valtravieso 04 Manifesto is a different interpretation of breeding. Longer barrel aging with a higher proportion of lees, resulting in a more reductive and mineral profile. A wine with texture and creaminess that, at the same time, maintains the characteristic freshness of the moor.
